Minimum 3-month commitment
First and last months prepaid
2 meetings per month
Homework sent by email, and client emails back 24 hours before next appointment
1st month: Setting up an eating plan that is right for you; education about food quality, nutrition etc; food diary.
2nd month: Addressing stress, individual life issues, what’s getting in your way, food cravings, etc.
3rd month: Exploring the deeper issues
Deeper issues may require extra hypnotherapy sessions whenever necessary or can be part of ongoing sessions.
